Multi-state color selector option for a custom symbol

Hi,

We are planning to develop a custom symbol in PI Vision. The configuration pane of this symbol should include a multistate color selection, and the color selector should be identical to the one offered by PI Vision for the default multistate feature.

Is this possible? Has anyone successfully achieved this and would be willing to share their experience or any tips?

Yes, it's possible. Multistate is a "global" config for symbols - ie, the usage is the same for AVEVA symbols as it is for custom symbols.
