PI Vision Publishers are able to see folders that they do not have read or write access to. Is there a way to hide folders from Publishers who do not have read access?

Check the security settings for the folder. If the "World" identity has read access, then everyone will have read access.

Edit: I was maybe a little quick there. They will still see the folders, only with a padlock sign on it.

Edit 2: I tried removing the "World" identity from one of my folders, and it disappears from those who don't have access, like I initially wrote.

I'm not able to see the image. Are you sure that the users in question then is not a member of the Power Users identity?

Appears the image did not attach correctly. It was a screenshot of the folder settings only showing Power Users listed with only read access checked. The Power Users group only has 3 individuals who have access to edit displays.

OSIsoft has opened a case for this bug in PI Vision 2023.
