Have many people published PI Vision externally through Azure Application Proxy? We're testing it, and I've noticed the AAD authentication (ie the azure app proxy bit) is timing out a bit. The idea was to put PI Vision on some Smart TVs that we could keep outside our network, but the AAD timeout means we can't do this.
Curious if this is something the community have seen, and any suggestions to fix
Hello, there is a custom symbol for that. As mentioned in the other answer PI Vision should not timeout but if it happens the mentioned symbols gots you covered.
Basically what it does is checking the data connection in the backgriound the whole time and if a timeout is recognized an automatic refresh is triggered. You can find more on this here (Werusys PI Vision Suite - Customized Controls/Symbols at your Conditions) or in the attached screenshot.
