PI Vision analog value not updating

The value symbol timestamp shows the time corresponding to the data value that is shown. It will not update more frequently than the data updates. If you look at the archive values in PI System Explorer, you should see that the time shown corresponds with the latest data point. The trend updates at the normal display update rate, so will often show a flat line until another snapshot arrives.

As you can see from the trend, the data is changing, but the analog value is not updating on the PIVision screen. I turned off exception and compression as well.

I would also note that upon opening the display it seems to work for a period of time, but then after a while it just seems to stop updating the analog value. I am trying to determine a pattern to the delay before it freezes up.
