When saving a PIVision screen after creating a new one, folders with names beginning with double-byte characters (Japanese) do not appear in the [SaveAs] window.
Therefore, the screen cannot be saved in a folder with a Japanese name.
Note that folders beginning with single-byte characters (alphanumeric characters) are displayed.
The PIVision home page also shows folders that begin with double-byte characters (Japanese characters).
For some users, this problem has always been continued.
For another user, sometimes it happen but not every time.
Is this a software problem?
