In PI data archive, somehow the local PI time zone is set it up as Central Time and windows system time as Eastern Time. So, I can see the current values in Eastern time and all the archived values in central Time.

 Is that expected behavior since all archived events are referring the PI local time zone (  localhost.tz file) even if windows time zone is different?

what about the time zone of batches in batch database? it will follow the local time zone or windows time?
