I didn't see any documentation, but it looks like SP1 is when they finally moved the allowed DA / AF servers from web.config to SQL, so yes, I do believe there are SQL updates.

Thanks for your help, but your response confuses me. The article you reference shows the dbo Version of PI Vision 2023 SP1 Patch 1 is different than the dbo version of 2023 SP1. And yet you insist the article supports your statement that there is no dbo update for the Patch 1 release.
Can you help me understand this apparent discrepancy?
I noticed my mistake now. There are database changes for PI Vision 2023 SP1, but there are not changes for PI Vision 2023 SP1 Patch 1. I reviewed the included SQL and did not spot any changes, and that is reflected by the version being 3.9.0.0 in the dbo.Version table.
Confirmed. Brax tried to explain in his first message that the article was being updated and that today, the published article would show no dbo changes. Now I understand.
