PI Vision - Calculation Tool Not Working

The calculations feature in PI Vision isn't calculating weekly average. The only calculation type in 'Columns' that works is 'Value', none of the other work (e.g. 'Average', 'Maximum', 'Minimum', etc.). Here is what my trends are displaying ('Value' on left, 'Average' on right).

I've met the same symptom you mentioned and an error message has shown in below.
Could you please confirm the same error message was shown ?

I suppose that we can use analyses instead of PI Vision calculation.

I recommend using AF over calculations in Vision. If your PI Administrators don't have a process in place to utilize AF, then discuss that with them. Vision calculations should not be used unless absolutely necessary.

I find "Value" also stops working if you try to look at longer time intervals or intervals in which there are points in error. Vision calculations are nearly useless in this state.... A shame, because there are a lot of on-the-fly calculations I find myself doing that I don't want saved in AF
