Hello, my name is Chris Blackwood and I'm a MES System Administrator for the Pulp and Paper Industry. We use PI to monitor almost all aspects of the manufacturing process from start to finish. I use PI on a daily basis to troubleshoot issues in the process and to verify reporting as needed "among many other things". I would like to understand all of the ins and outs of the PI Admin side to better support my team and make improvements to our system as necessary.
