Hi everyone, I'm doing the self-paced PI System Administration Basics course. When I reached the lesson, "Hands-On: Pi Interface Installation", I have run into errors when following directions in the video.
Whenever I run the installer program for PI ICU, it fails because it was unable to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86). See the image below for an example.
How do I get past this step? Since this is on the virtual machine for the course, I think I need someone from OSISoft to take a look at my instance of PIINT01
