Disabling 'Analyzing tags' each time I make a change

Hi,

I am working with the Graphics Builder and each time I save a change on an object, the 'Analyzing Tags' dialog is displayed. I can click 'Abort' but I'm thinking that that may be other way to disable this.

Any idea?

  • It sounds like you have enabled auto refresh on your IO Device configuration. It will try to resync the tags each time you make any change, which can be extremely tedious. I'd recommending setting it to 'FALSE' and manually importing your tags when you make a change on your PLC tag database. See this section in the help for details:
