Regarding user-defined units (mg/L) for wastewater analysis values

I am currently trying to create a user-defined unit (mg/L) for wastewater analysis values such as BOD and COD

I understand that the reference system-defined unit should be g/L and multiplied by a coefficient of 0.001

On the other hand, g/L belongs to the Density class, but the mg/L of BOD and COD in this case has a different meaning from Density

How should I set it in this case? Please let me know

*The mg/L used in BOD and COD indicates the amount of oxygen required per liter for microorganisms in the water to decompose organic matter
