How to force clear those unresolved points? I use the command pibufss -pointerr -clear <pointid> then restart the service by using the command pibufss -bc stop and pibufss -bc start but it doesn't work?

you need to address the issue and the error should disappear.

Please verify if the PI Point exists. If it exists, please make sure the PI Buffer Subsystem service account is permitted to see the tag configuration (ptsecurity). The service account should be mapped to a PI Identity. This identity needs read access to the PI Point.
