We have modified name of AF database in PI AF. Is there any possible way to change/update AF path in bulk in PI Vision display? We are using PI Vision 2022 Patch1.

For your issue, this following article describes the steps to mitigate. KB01725 - Renaming an AF Database

It looks as if a fully qualified item path will contain the AFDatabase's ID already so renaming AFDB may not affect the issue. However, it'd be good to run the PI Vision Display Utility to confirm as MainelyInnovations​ suggests.
